About the Job

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Courier to join our team at Tempo Team. As a Courier, you will be responsible for delivering groceries to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver groceries to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collect customer lists and check delivery trucks before each delivery
  • Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery goals
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for at least six months
  • Availability to work full-time or on Saturdays
  • Fluency in Dutch or English
  • Ability to lift shopping crates
  • Willingness to work at various locations throughout the country
What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate of €16.79 (including vacation pay, ADV, and year-end bonus)
  • Opportunity to advance to rides supervisor, team leader, or other roles
  • Travel allowance of €0.21 per km for up to 45 km
  • Chance for a permanent job at AH or Tempo-Team
  • 25 vacation days per year
Working Conditions

As a Courier, you will be working on the road, delivering groceries to customers. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve delivery goals. You will also be responsible for interacting with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues.
