Truck Parts and Tyres Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Bas Trucks EN. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling new and used truck parts to international customers, building and maintaining relationships with hauliers, workshops, and garages, and managing the sales process from sale to delivery.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will have the freedom and responsibility to run your own 'business' and will be given the guidance and support you need to achieve your targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell new and used truck parts to international customers
- Build and maintain relationships with hauliers, workshops, and garages
- Manage the sales process from sale to delivery
- Work closely with colleagues from Stock Management, Sales Support, and Transport
- Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements- Completed MBO or HBO education in Automotive, Technology, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Dutch, with Spanish, French, or German an advantage
