Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our software engineering department in Hengelo, Netherlands. As a Scrum Master, you will work in multidisciplinary Agile teams developing and testing the infrastructure platform for combat management systems.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Agile principles and the Scaled Scrum process framework
- Act as a mentor/coach and facilitate team collaboration
- Drive results by focusing on the human side and strengthen responsibility and involvement with team members
- Experience in Agile methodologies, tool proficiency, data analysis, facilitation, conflict resolution, coaching, documentation, and backlog management
- Experience as a Scrum Master in a high-tech environment
- Knowledge of Large-Scale Agile frameworks, particularly SAFE
- Proficiency in using Agile project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
- Ability to analyze and interpret data from sprint metrics, burndown & -up charts, and velocity reports
- Fluency in English to communicate with stakeholders
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science, IT service management, or comparable
