Job Title: F&B Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled F&B Supervisor to join our team at Anantara Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the F&B team, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage service, maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager and other supervisors to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
Requirements:
- Experience in F&B departments, with a proven track record of success in a supervisory role.
- Natural leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Fluency in English, with a good command of Dutch and preferably a second foreign language.
