About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Plastic Welder to join our team. As a Plastic Welder, you will be responsible for combining in-house produced parts into a high-tech plastic composition. You will be the person who sees beyond individual parts and combines them to achieve the desired end result.
You will be responsible for the quality of welding, tolerances, production processes, and executing quality control procedures. If you have experience in a technical profession or are a metal welder looking to switch to plastic welding, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in plastic or metal welding;
- Willingness to work in 2-shifts;
- Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English;
- Good communication skills.
You will also need to possess:
- Quality focus;
- Responsibility;
- Team player attitude;
- Ability to handle stressful situations;
- Proactivity and flexibility.
What We Offer
We offer a stable long-term job within a big and healthy company. You will have the opportunity to work with a monthly salary up to €2800,- per month. You will also have access to a lot of courses with the WerkTalent Academy, for free. Additionally, you will receive a travel allowance (if more than 10 km one way) and any overtime allowance for working on Saturdays/Sundays (optional).
