Job Title: Director of Demand Generation

At Datamaran, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way businesses approach sustainability risk. As our new Director of Demand Generation, you'll play a critical role in driving qualified leads and revenue growth through comprehensive demand generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies that align with company objectives and revenue goals
  • Lead a high-performing team, collaborating with sales and marketing to optimize campaign performance
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to refine strategies and tactics
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts
  • Partner with the Brand & Comms team to create compelling content that resonates with target audiences

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in demand generation, marketing, or related roles within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on achieving results and fostering a collaborative work environment
  • Expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
