We aim to become the world's largest upskilling platform, reaching millions of learners worldwide. With a strong foundation in delivering impactful value to our clients, we're now looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our Product-Design-Engineering (PDE) teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the user's advocate, continuously learning about user needs through research and testing.
- Value focus: Embody the differentiated language and framework of value, with practice in qualitative and quantitative validation and verification.
- Discovery and Delivery: Balance discovery and delivery, developing criteria for when discovery is critical and when a more thorough approach is needed.
- Contribute to product vision and strategy, working to understand and implement the current product vision, strategy, and principles.
- Collaborate on product roadmap, working closely with internal and external stakeholders in an Agile environment.
- Own the product experience, partnering with Product Managers and Engineers to shape and refine the product life cycle.
- Prototype and test rapidly, designing and creating prototypes and wireframes using Figma and other tools.
- Drive clarity in ambiguity, extracting actionable insights from complex problems.
- Improve our Design System, working with the engineering team to ensure adherence to usability heuristics.
What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years of UX design experience, capable of designing for the complete product lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with various research and user testing methods.
- Data-driven mindset and keen on recommending conclusions from qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Full proficiency in Figma for UI designing and prototyping.
- Experience in design systems and collaborating with engineers to implement design components.
- Ability to work autonomously within a development team to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Information Architecture and Human-Centered Design principles.
- Ability to contribute to cross-functional collaboration.
- Basic understanding of UX copy to complement design processes.
- Experience in mentoring junior designers.
