KEY FUNCTIONS

Innovates new products, eliminates obstacles to achieving goals, and delivers managerial and technical assistance to support others in fulfilling their designated responsibilities. Conducts thorough and conceptually linked analyses to tackle technical challenges, particularly those that are complex, difficult to articulate, necessitate unconventional or innovative methods, and require advanced research techniques. Contributes original inventions, new designs, or methodologies that are significantly impactful in resolving specific challenges. Remains informed about new scientific methodologies and advancements that influence the organization, with the aim of recommending modifications in program focus or new design initiatives warranted by such advancements. Collaborates closely with clients and suppliers to define and develop new technologies and products. Oversees multiple product development initiatives to ensure the timely introduction of new or enhanced products that satisfy user requirements. SUMMARY OF MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Educational background and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a technical discipline relevant to the department of assignment or industry, with six years of related experience; a Master's Degree with four years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is mandatory for this role. Ability to independently apply analytical skills and scientific principles in problem-solving and development. Proven computer proficiency, particularly in spreadsheets, word processing, databases, and other relevant software applications. Strong interpersonal and organizational capabilities, along with the ability to function effectively as a team member.
