We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Campaign Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will play a crucial role in helping clients launch and optimize their Google Ads campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective PPC campaigns that drive results for our clients
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, and provide expert advice on how to enhance ad performance
- Identify opportunities to upsell and increase sustainable ad spending
- Engage with clients through phone consultations, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and proficient in English
- BA/BS degree or equivalent; a Master's in Marketing or Communications is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- In possession of a EU member state passport or a Residence Permit for Spain
