We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Student Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their language learning goals.

About the Role

As a Sales Student Advisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Contacting potential customers to qualify their level of interest in our language learning programs
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple tasks to work efficiently
  • Working collaboratively with a young and international team to best respond to customer needs
  • Demonstrating a positive attitude in approaching challenging situations
  • Providing excellent customer service and support to proactively respond to client queries and advising customers on EF programs
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Be fully fluent in Dutch and have a conversational level in English
  • Have a weekly availability of > 30 to 40 hours
  • Be passionate about sales, customer service, and marketing, with a customer-focused approach
  • Be an outgoing and confident personality with a friendly manner and good sense of humor
  • Be a good communicator who enjoys meeting people
  • Be a quick and eager learner
  • Be flexible, energetic, and thrive in a busy and varied work environment
  • Be organized and creative, with an attention to presentation and detail
