Job Title: Sanitation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Manager to join our team at McCain Foods in Lelystad, Netherlands. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in our factory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on hygiene and cleaning procedures.
  • Manage and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Relevant education and experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent in Dutch.
