We are seeking a skilled Sanding Operative to join our team at Fender Innovations B.V. in Wieringerwerf, the Netherlands. As a key member of our sanding team, you will be responsible for sanding our marine fender systems to perfection.
Key Responsibilities- Sanding fender systems to precise dimensions and radii
- Performing interim checks on sanded fenders
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
- Attention to detail and precision
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of engineering and manufacturing principles
- Fluency in Dutch and/or English
- A dynamic and supportive work environment
- In-house sanding training and development opportunities

- Full-time employment with a permanent contract after one year
