We are seeking a skilled Radar Systems Tester to join our team. As a Radar Systems Tester, you will be responsible for testing our complex radars to ensure they meet our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full system and validation tests of our complex electronics and high-tech radars.
  • Assess the performance of our radars based on objective and clear criteria.
  • Work in a structured way and follow step-by-step test procedures.
  • Coordinate with our R&D engineers and Production team to resolve issues and improve quality.
  • Collect feedback on testing processes to continuously improve efficiency and quality.
  • Manage tooling and testing equipment for testing procedures.
  • Travel to testing sites for in-field testing.
  • Follow up on production-related nonconformities to improve production quality.

Requirements:

  • HBO work and thinking level with experience in mechanics, electronics, and preferably radar technology.
  • At least 1-3 years of comparable work experience in a technical production environment.
  • Familiarity with quality management procedures.
  • Engineering mindset with experience in finding errors in complex electronic systems.
  • Basic experience working with Linux systems.
  • Hands-on mentality and ability to stick to a plan.
  • Passion for technology and willingness to learn.
