Job Summary:
The International Criminal Court is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordination Assistant to join its Information, Knowledge and Evidence Management Section (IKEMS). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the collection and dissemination of management data and information, as well as providing administrative support to the section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the collection and analysis of management data and information, and disseminate results to stakeholders.
- Research and compile information necessary for IKEMS performance monitoring and reporting, and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports.
- Prepare and update the annual procurement plan and forecast equipment needs, and meet with stakeholders to discuss logistics and financial planning.
- Liaise with the OTP Financial Planning and Control Unit and Divisional Planning and Control Officers to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of IKEMS service delivery targets.
- Monitor spending of IKEMS equipment and project-related budgets, and take corrective action where necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the section, including time-keeping, event coordination, training, and travel.
- Organize stakeholder meetings, set agendas, and capture end-user requirements for equipment and procurement needs.
- Ensure purchased equipment is received by ICC Asset Management and delivered to intended IKEMS and/or OTP recipients.
Requirements:
- Diploma of secondary education.
- A minimum of eight (8) years of practical experience in an executive office management role.
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent knowledge of office management policies, procedures, and practices.
- Ability to understand and interpret financial rules and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Proficiency in one of the working languages of the Court, English or French, is essential.
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to perform under pressure. The position requires strong organizational, coordination, and planning skills, as well as a steadfast attention to detail and an unwavering adherence to confidentiality.
