About the Job
As Senior CRM Manager, you'll be part of our 'Retention' team in Germany. Your key responsibilities will include developing and optimizing campaigns and content to drive customer engagement and lifetime value, analyzing data to gain insights that enhance customer experiences, and advocating for CRM best practices.
The Perfect Candidate
- You have expertise in email, push, and in-app marketing, along with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- You have a solid understanding of data, segmentation, and A/B testing, with strong analytical abilities.
- You have experience in fast-paced, data-driven environments, and the ability to improve processes and increase efficiency.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven, with excellent communication skills in both English and German.
