Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role ranges from €70,000 to €97,997.20, based on a 40-hour workweek and depending on the candidate's profile.

  • Gross monthly salary: up to €5,833.25
  • 13th month payment: up to €7000,-
  • Holiday allowance: 8.33% of gross monthly salary
Job Description

This role as a Business Project Implementation Manager in the FEC Global Sanctions Change Portfolio and Remediation Team requires a strong understanding of Sanctions requirements and effective risk management. The successful candidate will run business projects and implementations to build and improve the FEC Global Sanctions organization.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, a creative mindset, and be able to effectively manage complex change initiatives. They will contribute to building a stable and innovative change portfolio team in FEC Global Sanctions.

Some examples of projects include:

• Roll out Global Screening solution

• Support in setting up a new department

• Optimization program of workflow tooling and alert generation processes

• Improve Customer Communication, reduce customer touch points and improve customer experience

The top responsibilities of this role include:

• Successful business implementation of Sanctions projects

• End-to-end view and control of change initiatives

• Risk awareness and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a Project and/or Implementation Manager

• Experience in Banking and/or the FEC domain, with a particular interest in FEC, Sanctions, and geopolitics

• Advanced English language skills (C1/C2 level)

• Ability to read and understand project topics, proactively seeking context and stakeholder information

• Knowledge of Lean and certification in this area
