eCommerce and Dealer Support Tools

The eCommerce and Dealer Support Tools team focuses on growing our customer eCommerce business and supports the salesforce of our dealers with multiple tools and systems. The support tooling is a mix of digital and non-digital systems, tools and communication means from PACCAR Parts to dealers and customers. The team develops and maintains product roadmaps, based on customer needs and market feedback. The team works together with the DAF Sales Units to reach our eCommerce revenue and customer growth targets and is responsible to ensure roll out and usage of various marketing tools.

Responsibilities

The key responsibility for this position is Business analysis: creating reports and data analyses, driving our marketing activities based on measured data. Next to that you will support the eCommerce and Dealer Support Tools team on various smaller topics.

Business Analysis

Your first responsibility as Business Analyst is data analysis and KPI reporting for the Marketing Services team with a focus on eCommerce. This includes analyzing and reporting on customer and sales data and the use of various tools used in the dealer network. You will support the Marketing Communications team in analyzing results of marketing campaigns and setting KPI's for new programs. You will also inspire the Marketing Services team to become more data driven.

Objectives

As Business Analyst Marketing Services, you report to the Manager eCommerce & Dealer Support Tools and have the following responsibilities:


• Define and structurally report on KPIs for the eCommerce and Dealer Support Tools team.


• Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards that give insights in and drives the sales efforts for eCommerce, to be used by the team, the Sales Units and the dealers.


• Develop and maintain user-friendly dashboards and reports to increase the effectiveness of other dealer support tools provided by the Marketing Services team. Through your analyses identify opportunities for new tools and campaigns.


• Development and execution of a methodology to measure results of marketing communication and lead generation campaigns, identifying increases in customer loyalty and incremental product sales


• Challenge and inspire your colleagues in the Marketing Services team to become more data driven in their day-to-day work.
