Key Responsibilities- Monitor and analyze trading activity to detect potential market abuse and trade surveillance issues
- Investigate and escalate suspicious activity to senior management and regulatory bodies as necessary
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of trade surveillance policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support trade surveillance efforts
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on trade surveillance best practices

Requirements- Relevant degree education or strong academic record

- Solid understanding of market abuse regulations in Europe and the UK (MAR and REMIT)
- Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting and MI collation
- Experience in training and supervising junior colleagues
