Key Responsibilities- Operations Execution:
- Plan and execute operational activities related to Air Import Operations.
- Create and update shipping documents, milestones, and customer invoices in the system.
- Coordinate with customers, customer care team, pricing team, and other stakeholders to ensure best-in-class service.
- Strategy/Product Management:
- Identify and share market trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Support the execution of global initiatives and strategy within the Country, Area, and Global Network.
- Carrier and Customer Relationship Management/Procurement:
- Maintain carrier relations.
- Build strong relationships with customers.
- Own customer experience.
- 2+ years of professional experience in air freight operations.
- Fluent in English, Dutch is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in a confident manner.
- Analytical skills.
- Drive for results.
- High drive to solve issues.
- Well-organized when working under pressure.
- Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results.
- Consistent communication levels internally and externally.
