Business Analyst (Finance)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Finance) to join our dynamic team at Webfleet Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in Power BI, and the ability to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review performance of indirect sales channels and subsequent commission calculations;
  • Keep business KPIs up to date in PowerBI, propose actions based upon the outcomes of these KPIs;
  • Develop new dashboards in PowerBI based upon business needs;
  • Update templates for sales contracts and deals calculation templates;
  • Assist in finance activities, including management presentations, review of cost center structure, PO creation for certain departments;
  • Assist in (external) audits;
  • Implement process improvements utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, if applicable.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience as a Business Analyst or similar role;
  • Hands-on approach regarding the financial performance of the business, diving deep into the numbers and their background, taking pride in ensuring high quality and timely reports;
  • Lead by example, rolling up your sleeves to become fully engaged in all key initiatives;
  • Apply intellectual acuity and business insights to advice on strategic and commercial items;
  • Proficient with Excel. Experience with PowerBI and SAP is a plus.
