About the Role
In this exciting and dynamic role as a Workplace Services Domain Architect at ING, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the organization's productivity and collaboration. With your expertise in Windows and Apple endpoint management, you will be responsible for translating policies and requirements into solutions, creating high-level architecture designs, and delivering architecture roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate policies and/or requirements into solutions
- Create high-level architecture designs highlighting options, recommendations, and implications
- Create more detailed solution processes and approaches to guide implementation teams
- Deliver architecture roadmaps
- Compile quality architecture documentation and presentations to facilitate decision making
- Organize and support workshops and presentations for decision making
- Contribute or construct to the creation of global standards
- Manage stakeholders across multiple departments in various countries
- Become the go-to person for Apple and Windows endpoint management architecture
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies and trends with translation into implications for the organization
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect
- Experience in Workplace Services domain looking after cloud managed workplaces services, endpoint management, printing and scanning solutions, and application packaging and distribution
- Understanding of related infrastructure and security architecture aspects
- Experience in highly regulated environments (e.g., financial institutions)
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical topics to various audiences
- Ability to develop strong and collaborative partnerships with organizational leaders
