The Transformation team at Nutreco is committed to the standardization, harmonization, and automation of our worldwide operations, empowering our Business Units (BUs) to consistently deliver exceptional services. By implementing an integrated process globally, we aim to cultivate a culture of continuous enhancement across diverse project teams.
Our team comprises a Global Process Owner, Business Expert, Technology Lead, Change Manager, and Internal Control specialist. Each member is a subject matter expert in their field, responsible for their segment of the transformation cycle. The Implementation Lead will play a crucial role in conducting BU-level business impact assessments, managing requirements, and executing the final stages of the transformation. Reporting to the Transformation Director, you will drive advancements across Nutreco's global Operating Companies.
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Direct and manage the business impact assessment process for all impacted business units. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and evaluate potential impacts, risks, and opportunities related to the project. Offer insights and direction to the Technology Lead, Internal Controller, and Global Process Owner during the solution development phase. Implement the transformation process at the BU level, ensuring seamless integration and operational adaptation.Required Skills and Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Change Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Over 10 years of experience in business transformation and implementation initiatives on a global or regional scale. Experience in managing transformation projects within large organizations. Proven expertise in business impact analysis and requirements gathering across various disciplines. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.Expectations from the Role:
Collaborate closely with business units to comprehend their specific local requirements, ensuring that global processes can be flexibly adapted to meet these needs while adhering to internal control standards. Work alongside the Transformation team to address evolving business needs and challenges. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across different business units to ensure alignment and smooth execution of transformation initiatives.Why Join Us?
