Network Architect

We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to join our Network Design & Innovation team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-level network designs that meet the overall IT designs and ambitions of the bank.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop network solutions that meet the business requirements of the bank
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network designs meet the overall IT designs and ambitions
- Develop and maintain network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance
- Provide technical guidance and support to network teams during implementation
- Develop and maintain network documentation and standards
- Advanced network knowledge on Cisco ACI, Cisco DNA, load balancing, Firewalls (Palo Alto), VMware NSX
- Design certificate: Cisco CCDP
- Affinity with automation and a drive for automation, knowledge on Python, YAML, JSON, and Ansible Tower
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Fluency in English and good command of Dutch language
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget
- Benefit Budget of 11% of salary, allowing for additional employment benefits
- Five weeks of vacation per year, with option to purchase additional four weeks
- Personal development Budget of €1,000 per year, accumulable up to €3,000
- Option to work from home, depending on position and team
- Annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands
