  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Collaborate with senior management, investors, and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing profitability.

  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to financial regulations and standards.
Requirements

Location: Based in Netherlands. Dutch language is preferable.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the fintech or financial services industry.

Skills: Strong analytical, strategic planning, and financial modelling skills. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Leadership: Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing financial challenges.
