We are seeking a highly skilled Service Technician to join our Central TC Management & Services team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the provision, operation, further development, and optimization of central telephone systems and associated technologies for the contact center.

• Provision, operation, and maintenance of central telephone systems and associated technologies
• Further development and optimization of existing systems to improve quality of service, performance, and stability
• Support of project teams and participation in the migration of existing telecommunications systems to VoIP
• Coordination and organization of teams on site

• Specialist knowledge in the design and operation of communication technology infrastructures
• At least 3 years of professional experience in administration and troubleshooting in large networks
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
