Als Assembly Worker werk je aan de productie van complete producten door verschillende componenten samen te stellen. Je zet machines in, verandert hun configuratie en repareert kleine storingen zelf. Bij grotere storingen roep je hulp in. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles correct werkt en voldoet aan kwaliteitseisen. Je streeft ook voortdurend naar verbetering van je werk en het proces als geheel.

Je geniet van hard werken en vindt het ook leuk om plezier te hebben op de werkvloer.

Organisatie- en afdelingomschrijving

KONI is een bedrijf in Oud-Beijerland met 150 jaar ervaring in het produceren van schokdemper voor auto's, waaronder Formule 1-voertuigen. Ze hebben medewerkers in meer dan 35 landen en verkopen hun producten wereldwijd. Bij KONI werk je in een moderne, internationale omgeving waar technologie centraal staat. In de productieafdeling zijn verschillende lijnen, en jouw lijn assembleert de zwaardere apparaten. Als Assembly Worker werk je in twee diensten: van 7:45 uur tot 16:30 uur en van 16:30 uur tot 01:00 uur.
