Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team at KH Chemicals. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing every aspect of product transportation, from start to finish.

This is a dynamic and challenging position that combines both logistical and commercial responsibilities. You will be responsible for negotiating and planning with suppliers, ensuring a seamless logistical process.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate and plan transportation within Europe with suppliers, overseeing the entire logistics process.
• Handle all necessary documentation and stay updated on relevant legislation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, maintaining regular communication regarding deliveries and addressing any concerns or complaints.
• Monitor delivery schedules and conduct stock control.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of relevant logistical and commercial work experience.
2. Familiarity with incoterms.
3. Knowledge about road, train and/or intermodal transportation.
4. Fluency in both Dutch and English.
5. Intermediate vocational level (MBO diploma) or higher (MBO+ / HBO) or equivalent vocational experience.
