About the RoleThe Customer Supply Chain Management organization is positioned within the ASML Customer Service sector. Our mission is to focus on four key areas:
- Demand management: ensuring all Field Demand is captured across all horizons
- Supply monitoring: overseeing agreed Supply and initiating actions when required
- Operational Excellence: managing the Network as efficiently as possible
- Cost Control: ensuring we stay in budget and achieve our long-term financial plans
The CSCM Central Operations Support team is responsible for steering and aligning Performance, Process, and Portfolio management across CSCM Central and Field organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Define the project plan according to our project methodology in collaboration with project owner, architect, senior users, and senior suppliers
- Organize project governance, synchronized with existing program governance structures
- Ensure the project plan is integrated into the change the business portfolio
- Build and steer the project team
- Organize program delivery and drive business benefit realization
You will be part of the CSCM Operations support team, actively participating in team setup and contributing to the maturity step-ups of the department.
Requirements- Broad skillset, including business leadership, stakeholder management, organization skills, and people management
- Ability to work from a broad scope, integrating people, processes, capabilities, technologies, and essential details
- High level of interpersonal and organizational sensitivity
- Self-starter with drive, enthusiasm, and persistence
Collaboration with central and field business management, as well as other sectors and change initiatives, is key to your success.
Education and ExperienceMaster's degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or technical area
- Over 3 years of Project Management experience, preferably combined with relevant experience in managing and implementing change in large, decentralized organizations
- Over 3 years of business experience in different roles in a Customer Support, Supply Chain, or similar environment, including operational responsibilities and a clear process improvement mindset
Preferred experience includes extensive experience in ASML, Agile way of working, operational experience in Service, Logistics, (Lean) manufacturing, and/or industrial engineering environments, as well as consultancy experience in high-tech and/or service environments.
