Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled forklift operator to join our team at STC Groep BV. Our organization is recognized for its strong commitment to transparency and flexibility in operations, specializing in the production of both simple and complex components, including punching, laser cutting, typesetting, and welding, as well as fully assembled products.

Key Responsibilities:

As a forklift operator, your primary duties will include:

  • Safely handling, transporting, and positioning sheet metal and other materials.
  • Verifying accompanying documentation for accuracy.
  • Managing stock records, including ordering and inventory adjustments.
  • Supplying the production floor with pallets and transport racks.
  • Feeding production machines with necessary materials and ensuring a clean workspace by disposing of waste properly.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A diploma at the LBO or MBO level.
  • Experience within the metalworking industry.
  • A valid forklift operator's license and several years of operational experience.
  • The ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and maintain a customer-focused approach.
  • A strong attention to detail to uphold safety standards in the workplace.
