About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Executive to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and providing exceptional support to our colleagues.

As an Administrative Executive, you will oversee various aspects of office management, including reception, visitor support, telephone and email correspondence, office supplies management, IT maintenance, and property management. You will also assist with HR and Labor Management tasks such as paid leave management, payroll calculations, employee onboarding procedures, and pension management.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English. Proficiency in Japanese culture and business is an asset, but not required. You should have a bachelor's degree or similar and 2-3 years of experience in office administration, office management, HR, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception and visitor support
  • Telephone and email correspondence (including Dutch communication)
  • Office supplies management and ordering
  • IT maintenance
  • Property management (VVE communication, maintenance, and repairs)
  • HR and Labor Management tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or similar
  • 2-3 years of experience in office administration, office management, HR, or a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English
  • Interest in Japanese culture and business; Japanese language skills at any level are an asset
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to commute to the office in Amsterdam
  • Must hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands
  • Willing to work long-term
