Job Title: Programma Manager Cable - Offshore Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programma Manager Cable - Offshore Operations to join our team at TenneT. As a key member of our Grid Field Operations team, you will be responsible for managing complex maintenance and repair projects for our offshore grid connections in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate an interdisciplinary project team, ensuring effective collaboration with stakeholders, including our network connection managers and technical specialists.
  • Develop and implement repair and maintenance plans, project reports, change requests, and decision proposals for presentation to authorities, project sponsors, and steering groups.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful execution of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with permits during the construction and operational phases, maintaining relationships with permitting authorities regarding maintenance plans, specifications, project requirements, and contract content.
Requirements:
  • Multiple years of professional experience as a project or team leader for complex HV offshore projects, including cable installation or repair, and reburial.
  • Knowledge of offshore survey operations on ships and familiarity with ESRI ArcGIS. Good understanding of geosciences.
  • Valid project management certification, preferably IPMA D, PMP, or higher.
  • Fluent in English and preferably good command of German, as our projects and teams are internationally managed. Excellent command of Dutch.
  • Willingness to travel in Europe.
  • Ability to work offshore in accordance with AWMF standards, which will be assessed by our company doctor.
  • Academic work and thinking level and a relevant university degree. Alternatively, a comparable qualification.
  • Self-motivated, initiative-taking, pragmatic, flexible, and pioneering, with the ability to work in a team and a changing environment. Strong communication skills.
Our Offer:

  • 1-2 days on-site in Arnhem, at least on Mondays.
  • Unlimited contract.
  • 40-hour workweek.
  • 43 vacation days based on full-time employment.
  • Salary for this position is in scale 9, based on a full-time position.
  • Additional secondary working conditions, such as health insurance, internet, and sports allowance.
