About the Role

TenneT is a leading player in the energy transition, and we are looking for a talented CSR Reporting Specialist to join our team in Arnhem. As a key member of our Integrated Reporting team, you will be responsible for reporting on non-financial information and supporting our business in collecting and providing the required documentation for quarterly and year-end reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the business in collecting and reporting non-financial performance information, including quarterly and year-end reporting
  • Guide the organization in improving non-financial reporting processes and related systems, and support the implementation of processes and structures to secure efficient Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive reporting
  • Contribute to the development of TenneT's award-winning Integrated Annual Report and other reports, which comply with relevant reporting requirements
  • Support the business in collecting and providing the required documentation for procedures to be performed by the external auditor
  • Monitor and analyze sustainability reporting-related regulations (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy) and ensure proper application within TenneT
  • Collect and report the required information for our CSR/ESG ratings

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with a relevant university degree in sustainability, business economics, or a comparable field. You should have knowledge of and interest in integrated reporting, including developments such as the EU Taxonomy, CSRD, and CSDDD. Additionally, you should be result-oriented, have a critical attitude towards results, processes, and quality, and possess strong communication skills. Business fluency in both English and Dutch is required.
