We are ESG Employment, a leading provider of sustainable solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Director of Environmental Strategy to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing environmental strategies across multiple stakeholders, including management and the board.

About the Role

This is a strategic leadership role that requires strong change management skills to drive ESG transformation across different teams. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to steer and manage sustainability portfolios, lead stakeholder engagement at all levels, and work collaboratively with cross-functional departments and senior management.

Main Responsibilities

* Develop and implement ESG strategies across multiple stakeholders, including management and the board
* Lead stakeholder engagement and influence across teams, from cross-functional departments to senior management and the board
* Collaborate with colleagues responsible for execution and project management to ensure high-quality ESG data

Key Qualities & Experience

* Strong program & portfolio management experience
* Change management leadership
* Prosci ADKAR certification or equivalent change management expertise
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
