Are you a seasoned expert in test management, particularly in WMS and logistical warehouse processes? Do you have a passion for monitoring and safeguarding quality? If so, GXO Logistics is seeking a talented Test Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and embed testing capabilities, including test approaches, standards, plans, cycles, cases, and data templates.
  • Guide and track the testing process across various projects, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Design and develop reusable automated test approaches and solutions based on best practices.
  • Maintain dashboards showcasing testing progress and results.
  • Evaluate testing tools, estimate costs, and measure feasibility for test purposes.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with WMS systems and logistical warehouse processes, preferably in a 3PL environment.
  • At least 4 years of experience in managing testing lifecycles in large projects.
  • Excellent English language skills, with knowledge of French and Dutch being an advantage.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to drive high performance in the team.
