About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to support our Digital Communications team in developing engaging content and strategies to promote our company's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in creating and implementing digital communication tactics to enhance employee experience and promote our company's brand.
  • Collaborate with the Global Change Management & Communications Leader to define effective communication strategies for our Global Strategy rollout.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders, including senior leaders and employees from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Contribute to the development of change management and communication materials to support our company's operating model.
Requirements:
  • Currently studying towards a Bachelor or Master's degree in Communication, Change Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools, such as Teams, SharePoint, and Yammer.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Highly proficient in English, with excellent language skills.
What We Offer:
  • A monthly full-time allowance between €500-€700 gross, depending on educational level and relocation requirements.
  • Housing compensation, in case of relocation to the vicinity of our office, up to €300 net.
  • Travel compensation, if not eligible for a free public transport card, up to €192 net.
  • Paid holidays per internship term.
  • The opportunity to purchase Philips equipment at our Philips shop.
Selection Procedure:

Part of our selection process is a HireVue online assessment, which will be used as an additional selection criterion.

Please note that this internship is only suitable for students, and formal documentation will be requested. Students from outside the EU must fill in a NUFFIC agreement, signed by the student and the university.
