About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Trader to join our team at ACT Commodities. As a Sales Trader, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients across various industries in Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development, preferably in the commodities or finance industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and one or more Eastern European languages (Hungarian, Romanian, Slovene, Serbo-Croatian, or Czech).
