Teva Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Global Data Governance Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the legal, compliant, and ethical use of data across our company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Optimize our global privacy program and ensure privacy considerations are embedded into AI and other company data initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with global privacy laws and regulations and ensure our data practices adhere to these regulations.
- Lead the development and implementation of new data governance frameworks, policies, processes, and standards.
- Collaborate with our Chief Information Officer and Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer to ensure effective data governance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, information management, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in data governance, privacy compliance, AI, cybersecurity, international legal, and/or related roles.
- Deep understanding of global data protection and privacy regulations and their implications for data management practices.
- Leadership experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks and best practices.
