Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Team Member to join our international team of fun colleagues. As a Front Office Host, you will be part of the fun Front Office Team and work together with motivated and driven colleagues. You will be coached by experienced Teamleaders and manager, who care about your personal development. You have a flexible schedule due to our 0-hour contract, which makes it perfect to combine with studies or other activities.

Responsibilities
  • You bring your unique personality to our team of dedicated Front Office Hosts;
  • You increase guest satisfaction scores by creating connections with our guests;
  • You take ownership in providing a memorable experience – from checking in through to checking out;
  • You take care of internal as well as external phone calls;
  • You take ownership of handling guest complaints and requests in a timely manner;
  • You are pro-active in working towards achieving our team and hotel goals.
Requirements
  • You have a European passport or Dutch working permit
  • You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills;
  • You are flexible working different shifts; morning and evening
  • You are passionate about hospitality;
  • You have an enthusiastic and caring attitude;
