Experienced Bartender Wanted

We are looking for a skilled bartender to join our team at W Amsterdam. As part of the B&F team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our vibrant W Lounge and In Room Dining venues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Head Bartender and take charge of daily operations in the W Lounge.
  • Be an expert on cocktails and create new ones on the fly while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Welcome and assist guests, making personalized recommendations for food and drinks.
  • Ensure seamless execution of orders and interactions, following established service standards and procedures.
  • Showcase Marriott International's Whatever/Whenever service, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Assist in other B&F departments (In Room Dining and Banqueting) as needed.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and other departments to deliver exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in bartending or a similar role.
  • Fluency in English is required, with Dutch and any other languages being an asset.
  • Previous experience in the luxury segment is an advantage.
  • A valid work permit for The Netherlands is necessary.
