At Tata Steel, we're pushing the boundaries of innovation and driving the digital transformation of Europe's leading steel manufacturer. As our Technical Architect for AI and Analytics, you'll be the driving force behind our data-driven future.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Technology Roadmaps that will guide our AI and Analytics initiatives for years to come.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions that enhance efficiency across the organization.
  • Optimize Data Architecture and deliver reusable services that improve our overall IT performance.
  • Make Crucial Decisions about system design, platform selection, and data management to optimize our overall IT performance.
  • Implement Machine Learning Models to predict trends, optimize operations, and improve experiences throughout our steel-making processes.
Your Ideal Profile
  • A Master's or Ph.D. in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience developing and implementing AI models and algorithms.
  • Expertise in AI concepts, frameworks, and NLP techniques.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, and Jupyter.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, SAP S/4HANA, and data visualization tools.
  • The ability to communicate complex information to senior management effectively.
  • A strong preference for professional-level Dutch language skills.
What We Offer
  • A salary between € 4.229,83 and € 8.204,50 gross per month, depending on your experience.
  • 36 days off per month (26 vacation days and 10 ADV days).
  • Flexible working hours and the possibility to work from home.
  • Participation in our pension fund, where we pay 70% of your premium.
  • Holiday allowance (8%) and end-of-year bonus (2%).
