We are seeking a skilled Revenue Manager to join our team at RTL AdAlliance. As a key member of our Product & Revenue Development department, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital portfolio and driving revenue growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies to maximize profits from our digital inventory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve revenue margins
  • Conduct regular analysis and reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and rate card optimization
  • Monitor and analyze buy-side spends and costs of revenue to inform business decisions

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a strong background in digital advertising environments. Ideally, you will have experience in advertising sales houses, media agencies, or digital publishers.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising environments
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience with tools like Power BI
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, paired with implementation skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages a plus
