About the Role

You will serve as an advisor and provide strategic direction for the Site Mechanical and Electrical Operations team. This role involves partnering with local facility managers, plant engineers, global program managers, and design and construction teams to develop and execute creative solutions in electrical, mechanical, and controls domains.

Responsibilities
  • Implement standardized communication protocols across multiple programs, including executive and key partner communications.
  • Establish a reliable review process for program reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Lead a governance structure to facilitate effective executive decision-making, ensuring dependencies are exposed and mitigated.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program velocity by applying change management effectively.
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of programs addressing high-impact business problems.
