About the Role

Sia Partners is seeking a highly experienced Managing Director to lead our Financial Services practice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing our sales and delivery capabilities, and leading a team of consultants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and delivery engagements with existing and new clients, developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Lead commercial proposals and pitches, working closely with our Senior Managers and Managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Attain sales and delivery targets, ensuring the success of our clients and the growth of our business.
  • Lead business delivery and team management, providing industry guidance, strategies, and best practices to our clients.
  • Build and lead a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a consultancy company, with a background in strategic analysis, strategy development, and/or organizational transformation.
  • Proven ability to sell and deliver innovative strategy consulting engagements.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills. German knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment, with a varied team in educational level, position, and skills.
  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on achieving results.
