Enterprise Architect Product Enabler

ING Bank NL is seeking a talented Enterprise Architect to join our CoE Architects team in Amsterdam. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in translating our business vision into end-to-end services, creating and communicating key principles and models that describe the future state.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with a small team of experienced enterprise architects to set architecture vision, principles, and patterns based on our strategy, resulting in effective business services.
- Work closely with domain architects, maintaining an overview of the work of various domain architects and effectively coordinating communication, participation, and cooperation to deliver integrated business services.
- Manage the complexity of offering generic services to different product domains, keeping a close relation with area leads, product owners, and engineers to influence development priorities and direction.
- Initiate and participate in developments to proactively steer on 'fit for purpose' architecture.
- Adaptability, appreciation for multiple viewpoints, customs, and diversity, with professional communication skills in English.
- Formal and informal global coordination and communication skills among large groups of stakeholders, maintaining alignment with vendors/suppliers and the ability to present to C-level management.
- Broad understanding and affinity with general IT solutions and a profound knowledge of banking services, with the ability to understand the way of working of ING and support domain architects.
- Strong but respectful mindset on change, guiding stakeholders to sustainable use of public cloud services, delivered within the guardrails of the architecture put in place by you.
- Appreciation and tolerance for regulations, understanding that they influence the architecture of our landscape.
- High level of self-awareness of (solution) biases, understanding our own biases and their limits to be successful in negotiating broadly supported solutions.
