Digital Marketing Specialist

You'll be an integral part of our Marketing Communications Department, responsible for driving digital marketing and initiatives. Your role will revolve around developing and implementing effective online marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, optimizing our online presence, and enhancing brand awareness across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement online marketing activities that align with business objectives.
- Work on new web pages of different brand sites, targeting both consumer and business-to-business markets.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Implement existing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and enhance online visibility.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and digital marketing best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing projects.
- Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Full-time position, part-time in consultation (32-40 hours).
- Has knowledge and/or experience of B2B marketing.
- Curious and enjoys trying new things.
- Experience in preparing and sending newsletters.
- Extensive experience working in content management systems (CMS).
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator is an advantage.
- Has experience working at or managing a marketing agency.
- Has (data) strategic insight and is able to analyze.
- Preferably knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Working in a dynamic environment with many years of experience.
- In-house training is available and many possibilities in following external extra courses/training.
- Works in a hybrid way and gets a budget for their home workplace.
- Recently housed on several floors in a shared office building.
- Part of the Hunter Douglas Marketing Communications team and working for multiple divisions, among others Luxaflex.
