Job Summary

As a Service Technician at Trinamics Beheer B.V., you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and maintenance to buildings' exteriors. Your role will involve repairing damages to windows, doors, frames, and facade systems, including glass or rubber replacement, leak repairs, lock replacements, and overseeing crane operations for glass or panel installations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Repair and maintain building facades, windows, doors, and frames to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Liaise with clients to provide advice on potential solutions and maintain a professional image.
  • Uphold the company's reputation by delivering exceptional service and being a professional ambassador in all interactions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of an MBO level of education.
  • Prior knowledge of building facades, windows, doors, and frames is ideal, but not required. You must be motivated to learn and we are eager to teach you the ropes.
  • Strong communication skills, independence, and the ability to remain courteous and professional, even during busy periods.
  • A valid driver's license and preferably a VCA diploma (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Residency in the Utrecht area.
  • Good knowledge of Dutch or English in verbal communication.
