We are seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (f/m/d) to join our team in the Netherlands. This role will be responsible for:
Main Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Collaborating closely with our sales team to drive business growth and success.
- Processing and closing sales and purchase orders efficiently.
- Preparing and sending quotations to clients based on accurate price estimates.
- Monitoring and controlling product inventory, customer payments, and other key performance indicators.
- Acting as a liaison between internal departments and European subsidiaries.
- Managing dunning procedures and general administrative duties.
Profile:
- Commercial or business administration training, preferably with experience in wholesale and foreign trade.
- A customer-focused and reliable individual with excellent communication skills.
- SAP S/4HANA skills are a plus.
- A strong team player with good competency in English and Dutch.
