Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Order Entry Employee to join our team at Flowserve BV in Roosendaal. As an Order Entry Employee, you will play a crucial role in processing incoming requests from our customers in the Benelux region.

Your Role:

  • Reviewing orders for completeness and accuracy
  • Matching orders with quotations and ensuring timely delivery
  • Discussing orders with the Technical Support and Inside Sales departments to resolve any issues
  • Entering customer orders into our SAP system
  • Sending order confirmations and notifications to customers
  • Handling telephone and email contacts with customers to provide excellent customer service
  • Creating pre-notifications for return of goods and credit/debit notes
  • Correcting invoices and ensuring accurate financial records
  • Handling incoming calls and providing support to customers and colleagues

Your Profile:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical affinity. You should have experience with order handling and be proficient in SAP and MS Excel. A good command of the Dutch and English language is mandatory, and mastery of the French language is an advantage. You should be able to work accurately under pressure and have a customer-oriented approach.
