We zijn op zoek naar een Store Manager die onze winkels in Amsterdam leidt en onze missie om een positieve impact te maken in de wereld, een stap verder brengt. Als Store Manager zul je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het dagelijks management van onze winkels, het maximale uit de verkoop halen, klantenservice van het hoogste niveau bieden en een proactieve en enthousiaste team van winkelmedewerkers leiden.
Je verantwoordelijkheden:- Dagelijks management van de winkels, inclusief het beheer van de inkoop, het beheer van de voorraad en het plaatsen van bestellingen.
- Verkoopstrategieën ontwikkelen en implementeren om de verkoop te maximaliseren.
- Klantenservice van het hoogste niveau bieden en klachten of problemen snel oplossen.
- In-store promotieactiviteiten en -tentoonstellingen plannen en uitvoeren.
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Store Manager, vooral in de modebranche.
- Fluente kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
- Een can-do attitude, proactief en altijd klaar voor een uitdaging.
- Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en de capaciteit om anderen aan te sturen en verantwoordelijk te maken voor hun taken.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, zodat je je boodschap overbrengt en je publiek kan aanspreken.
- Uitstekende probleemoplossende vaardigheden en de capaciteit om creatieve en praktische oplossingen te vinden wanneer uitdagingen zich voordoen.
- Solide training- en coachingvaardigheden, zodat je teamleden kunt helpen hun verkooptechnieken en prestaties te verbeteren.
