As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing stakeholder objectives, translating them into business requirements, and facilitating user meetings to present issues and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of stakeholder objectives and translate them into business requirements and solutions directions.
- Work with colleagues and users to investigate and document business functions, processes, and information flows and data structures.
- Document and maintain the traceability of requirements through to deliverables on projects or change initiatives.
- Facilitate user meetings and present issues and solutions both orally and in writing.
- Assist in defining and justifying initiatives to ensure a successful delivery for the different phases of the project.
- Identify all the dependencies, challenges, and risks associated with each phase.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in Finance, Risk, Data Management, and/or Regulatory Reporting.
- ISEB Business Analyst certification (or equivalent) preferably.
- Current Prince II Foundation (or equivalent) preferred.
- SCRUM/Agile (basics) an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills through English, both oral and written.
- Good programming skills in SQL.
